1. General Policy

By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before making any payments.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • All registration fees, consultation charges, and service payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Once a service is purchased or booked, no refund will be issued, regardless of usage.

3. Service Cancellations

  • Users may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us at least 24 hours before the service begins.

  • Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before a session or service starts will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

  • If you believe you were charged more than once for the same service or if a technical error resulted in overpayment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Valid cases of duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (for duplicate payments only) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

  • We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.
